We only use your Google or Microsoft data to enable the features you request:

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or share your personal data or OAuth tokens with any third parties.
Your Google and Microsoft access tokens are stored securely in your WordPress user metadata and are never transmitted to any external server other than the official Google or Microsoft APIs.
6. Data Retention and Deletion

8. AI and Machine Learning Use
TheEducator.ai uses OpenAI’s models to provide AI-powered teaching tools. However, we do not use any data obtained via Google Workspace APIs (including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, or Drive) to train, develop, or improve generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
Your Google data is only used to fulfil the tasks you initiate, such as generating files in your account or populating documents. The data is not stored for model training, profiling, or analytics beyond these operations.
We adhere strictly to Google’s AI/ML data use restrictions and OpenAI’s Enterprise Privacy Commitments, which guarantee that user data is not used for training their models.
